Promotional stationery products, and everything else we print

Most companies split promotional stationery across a print shop, a mail house, a signage supplier and a promotional products distributor. You do not have to. Tell us what you need and it runs through one account.

Corporate identity

Branded stationery for enterprise and corporate programs

The problem is rarely the printing. It is that three offices ordered business cards from three different suppliers and now the blue does not match. We hold your brand specs so every branded stationery reorder comes back the same, across departments and locations.

Business cards
Single or double sided, standard and premium stocks, matte, gloss, soft touch, spot UV and foil. Per-person name runs handled as variable data so one order covers the whole team.
Letterhead and second sheets
Printed on stock that still runs cleanly through your office printers, which is the detail most suppliers get wrong.
Envelopes
Standard #10, window, catalogue, booklet and invitation sizes, printed one or full colour, with or without a return address block.
Presentation folders
Standard and custom die-cut, with business card slits, pocket options and reinforced spines for thicker proposals.
Notepads and desk items
Branded notepads, sticky pads, desk calendars and wall calendars, the kind of thing a client keeps in view all year.
Cards and correspondence
Greeting cards, holiday cards, thank you cards and note cards, printed and optionally mailed for you.
Corporate letterhead and branded envelopes laid out on a desk

Promotional stationery is branded paper-based business material produced to a company's visual identity standards. It covers business cards, letterhead, branded envelopes, presentation folders and full custom stationery suites, and it is what gives every physical communication a consistent, professional presence.

We produce branded stationery for Canadian enterprise and corporate programs, matching colour, stock and finish to your brand standards so every printed piece looks the same across departments and locations. Alongside the stationery suite we handle the wider print program: marketing collateral, restaurant menus, direct mail through Canada Post, in-store POP, signage and large format.

Use cases

Where promotional stationery earns its place

The same custom stationery suite does different jobs depending on where it lands. These are the programs clients run most.

Client gifting and thank you

Custom stationery kits pairing a branded notebook, pen and handwritten note card. The card is what gets remembered, and the kit is what makes writing it easy for your team.

Onboarding new hires

Branded stationery in the welcome kit on day one: notebook, business cards already printed with their name, and the desk items that say the company was expecting them.

Events and trade shows

Invitations, name badges, brochures and sell sheets for the table, banner stands behind it, and a leave-behind folder that survives the flight home.

Everyday office reordering

The letterhead, envelopes and business cards that simply have to be in stock. Held as standing inventory so a location reorders instead of designing something new.

Restaurants and hospitality

Menus reprinted as prices and seasons change, table tents for the current promotion, loyalty cards, and gift card carriers for the holiday rush.

Retail and in store

Shelf talkers, danglers and window graphics for a promotion window, produced to the retailer's specification so the material is accepted and actually goes up.

Direct mail

Canada Post mailing programs, printed and lodged for you

Direct mail still lands in a way email does not, and Canada Post gives you real control over who receives it. We print the piece to Canada Post specifications, prepare the mailing and lodge it, so you are not handing the job to a separate mail house halfway through.

Unaddressed

Neighbourhood Mail

Reach every address in the areas you choose without needing a mailing list. Suited to store openings, grand openings, seasonal promotions and building awareness in a defined catchment.

Addressed

Personalized Mail

Named and addressed to the individual, so the offer can change by recipient. Suited to customer win-back, renewals, loyalty offers and anything driven off your own list.

Targeted

Postal Code Targeting

Uses your existing postal codes to find similar audiences, layering Canada Post geographic and demographic insight so the drop goes where it is most likely to work.

These programs sit under Canada Post Smartmail Marketing. Which one fits depends on whether you have a list, how tightly you want to target, and the budget per piece. We will walk you through the trade-off rather than just quoting the cheapest drop.

In store

POP and POS material that gets accepted at the store

Retail point of purchase has its own rules. Sizes, materials and mounting are set by the retailer, and material that ignores the spec gets refused at the door or thrown out at the back. We produce to the retailer's specification and build the piece to survive the shelf, not just to look good in the proof.

Shelf level
Shelf talkers, danglers, strips, header cards and channel inserts.
Floor and counter
Standees, counter units, display bins and end cap graphics.
Window and floor
Window clings and graphics, vinyl floor decals and directional graphics.

More detail on in-store programs is on the retail POP and point of purchase displays page.

Capability

Processes and materials

The right process depends on quantity, finish and substrate. Short runs and variable data suit digital. Long runs suit offset. Texture and premium finishes come from foil, embossing and raised ink.

Printing processes

Digital, offset and web printing. Dye sublimation. Large format inkjet. Foil stamping, raised ink, embossing and debossing for finish work.

Substrates

Paper and card stocks in a wide range of weights and finishes, plus aluminum, canvas, cardboard, coroplast and PVC, magnetic stock, polyester, cloth and fabric, and vinyl.

Frequently asked questions

What is branded stationery?

Branded stationery is printed business material produced to a company's brand standards. It covers business cards, letterhead, envelopes, presentation folders, notepads, compliment slips and greeting cards. The point is consistency, so every printed piece leaving any office looks like it came from the same company.

What is promotional stationery?

Promotional stationery is branded paper and desk material used to promote a business rather than only to run it. It spans the corporate suite plus notepads, calendars, folders, greeting cards and custom stationery kits used for client gifting, onboarding and events.

What types of branded stationery can you produce?

Business cards, letterhead, branded envelopes, presentation folders, notepads, calendars, greeting cards and custom stationery suites. Print processes include digital, offset, foil stamping, embossing and debossing across paper, vinyl and specialty stocks, so the branded stationery can be as plain or as premium as the brand calls for.

Do you produce custom stationery kits for gifting and onboarding?

Yes. We assemble and distribute custom stationery kits as part of larger onboarding and client gifting programs, including pick, pack and ship to individual recipients or multi-location distributions across Canada.

Do you print restaurant menus?

Yes. Dine-in, takeout, seasonal and insert menus, along with table tents, drink lists and loyalty cards. For menus handled all day we will usually recommend a heavier stock or a laminate or wipe-clean finish, because a menu that looks tired reflects on the room.

Can you handle a Canada Post mailing for us?

Yes. We print the piece to Canada Post specifications and handle the mailing preparation and lodgement, across Neighbourhood Mail, Personalized Mail and Postal Code Targeting. Which program fits depends on whether you have a mailing list and how tightly you want to target.

What is the minimum order?

It varies by product and process, because a digital short run and an offset long run behave very differently on price. Tell us the piece and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum and show you where the quantity breaks fall.

How quickly can you turn a print job around?

It depends on the process, the finish and the quantity, so we confirm the date per job rather than quoting a blanket turnaround. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable and what it takes to hit it.

What artwork format do you need?

Vector artwork is best, an AI, EPS or PDF where the artwork is made of shapes rather than pixels, because it stays sharp at any size. Send what you have and our design team will tell you whether it will hold up in print or needs rebuilding.

Can you produce promotional stationery products alongside our other branded merchandise?

Yes, and that is the main reason clients consolidate here. Promotional stationery products, print, promotional products and branded apparel run through one account, which means one set of brand specs, one point of contact and one invoice instead of chasing three suppliers.

Can you ship to multiple offices or locations?

Yes. Orders can be split and shipped to individual offices, stores or recipients across Canada, and for teams that reorder regularly we can set the material up in a company store so each location orders its own stock.

Tell us what you need printed

Send the piece, a rough quantity and the date you need it. We will come back with options and pricing, and tell you straight if there is a better way to do it.
