Branded workwear and uniform programs Canada
Hi-vis and everyday crew kit for companies running people across several sites. We size it, decorate it, hold the stock and ship it to where the crew actually is.

Choosing the vest takes an afternoon. What takes the year is sizing a crew that keeps turning over, getting the right box to the right yard, and making sure the jacket bought in March still matches the one bought last October.
That is the part we run. The garment is the easy half.
One hi-vis range, tee to parka
A crew needs the same brand on a July shift and a January one. Below is a working range off our own catalogue, priced at list before decoration and volume, so you can see where the bands sit.
The crews who never put a vest on still wear your brand
Dispatch, service, the shop and the counter are on the same payroll as the yard, and they should read as the same company.
So the everyday side of the program is built off the same spec sheet as the hi-vis, down to the thread colour and where the logo sits. A polo, a work shirt, a hoodie and a cap, ordered on the same account.
Your specs get locked once: garment, colour, logo size, logo position and thread or ink colour. Every run after that is measured against that record, which is what stops the slow drift where the west yard ends up a shade off the east one.

The four jobs that make a workwear program work
None of these is about the garment. All four decide whether the program runs itself or lands back on a site manager.

Stock that is already bought and already branded, sitting on our shelf
The gap that hurts is the one between hiring somebody and being able to put them on a site properly dressed. A fresh production run does not close it.
So we buy the agreed quantities up front, decorate them, and hold them in our Ontario warehouses under your account. Pulling from held stock takes a pick ticket and a courier label.
You see what is on the shelf, what is moving and what needs topping up while there is still time to top it up.

Boxes built for the site, or for the person, before they leave us
A pallet dropped at head office becomes somebody's afternoon. Sorting it, splitting it, couriering it on and fielding the calls about the sizes that went to the wrong branch.
We pack against your roster instead. Each location gets its own carton with the right sizes in it, and where you want it down to the individual, each person gets their own labelled box.
New starters run the same way. Send us a name, a site and a size, and the kit goes out from stock we are already holding for you.
Ship crew kit to every siteBuilt for companies with crews in more than one place
The pattern is the same whatever the trade. People spread across sites, turnover that never stops, and a brand that has to look identical in both places.
The second order has to match the first, or the program is finished
Crews notice immediately when it does not. A slightly different orange, a logo an inch lower, a jacket cut differently, and it stops reading as a uniform.
Your specs, art files, thread colours and garment codes stay on file with us, so every reorder is placed against that record and comes back identical.
If a line is discontinued, that is our problem to solve before it becomes yours. We come back with the closest match and a sample to compare, ahead of the order.

Frequently asked questions
What is a managed workwear program?
One agreed range, one locked decoration spec, and stock we buy, brand, hold and ship on your behalf. You approve the range and the budget. Sizing, storage, per-site shipping and reorders sit with us.
Can the hi-vis meet the standard our sites require?
Yes. Tell us the class and the standard your sites work to and we source against it and confirm it on the quote. We never guess at a rating, and we will say so plainly if a piece you like does not carry one.
How do you handle sizing for a crew that turns over?
A size collection before the first run, then a size kit held on your account so a new starter gets measured on day one. Sizes are recorded per person where you want that, so replacements go out without asking again.
Can you ship to every one of our locations?
Yes. We build cartons per site, or per person, with the correct sizes in each, and courier them from our Ontario warehouses. Nobody has to break down a pallet and redistribute it by hand.
How do you keep the look identical across sites?
Garment, colour, logo size, logo position and thread or ink colour are locked once, and every run is checked against that record before it ships. The spec on file is what holds the look together.
What happens when a garment we use is discontinued?
We flag it before you run out and come back with the closest match plus a physical sample to compare. Nothing gets substituted into your program without you seeing it first.
Do you cover everyday workwear as well as hi-vis?
Yes. Polos, work shirts, hoodies, jackets and caps for dispatch, service, shop and counter teams run on the same account and the same spec sheet as the hi-vis, so the whole company matches.
What does branded workwear cost per person in Canada?
It depends on the range. Off our own catalogue at list, a mesh vest is around $21, a hi-vis work tee around $25, a soft shell around $107 and an insulated parka around $205, before decoration and before volume pricing.
How much stock should we hold?
Enough to cover hiring and wear between runs, which usually lands as a few months of normal replacement plus a size kit. We set it from your actual turnover, then adjust once real usage shows up.
Can you take over a program we already run?
Yes, and it is a common way to start. Send us what you buy today, the art you use and the sizes on record. We rebuild the spec, match the existing gear and take the ordering off your desk.
